Boccone began as a restaurant with a single concept: to satisfy diners with Italian tapas. And it did exactly that with entrees such as fried zucchini and cheese-stuffed olives. However, more recently, the eatery decided to redefine its entire concept into something brand new: authentic Spanish cuisine. With that in mind, it now offers specialty entrees, including tried-and-true paella dishes, such as arroz negro—a rice entree filled with a blend of calamari, mussels, clams, and shrimp.
