This stylist seems very knowledgeable, but I was not that happy with the keratin treatment I received from him and the whole process of getting an appointment and his lack of follow through was frustrating. He needed to reschedule my appointment and then did not show up for the rescheduled time. I had to reschedule again after that because he was sick and he offered a free haircut to make up for all the rescheduling. When I finally met him, he did apologize for all the rescheduling but there was no mention free haircut and he charged me extra for the keratin because of my hair length. I have very curly hair so I am only looking to control the frizz in this heat, which a kertain usually does for me, but the treatment I received did not do tame my frizz the way it usualy does. Very nice but the disorganization, quality and lack of follow through were disappointing.
