Our work outs includes using Punching bags for punching and kicking, focus mitts, kickboxing shields and numerous equipment like resistance bands designed for toning and sculpting your body! Please wear comfortable gym wear to come train and have fun!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our mission is to assist our members in achieving their fitness goals in a safe and effective way! We want to make sure your getting fit and having fun doing it in our friendly community.

What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing people smile as they enjoy working out with old friends and new friends they've met at our gym. Our biggest joy is seeing the look of excitement in our members' eyes as they achieve their health and fitness goals! Our gym is all about people getting fit and having fun together!
