What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Le Bon Skin Lab is a brand new day spa located in the heart of manhattan. Although the spa is new, our staffs all have years of experience in the beauty & skin care industry. We want our clients to travel down the path of healthy, beautiful skin with us on the sideline, with us cheering them on! Our staffs are professionals with over a decade of experience in the industry. Being a female owned business, we understand how important beauty can affect a person’s confidence. Because of this, we want to offer everyone a chance to experience the results of our skills and products, which we tested on ourselves to make sure it is efficient.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? All of us here have worked for previous spas, beauty schools, dermatologist offices, medical spas, etc… We believe that with our combine knowledge in skincare, and the beauty industry we will be able to help our clients achieve the best result for their skin.

What do you love most about your job? One of the best things about working in this industry is that our clients come to us in hopes of bettering themselves. We are not giving them anything they don’t need or won’t benefit from. It is a great feeling to be able to see the improvements in our client's skin and their self confidence rising. We enjoy to see them happy. It makes us feel like everything we invested in this field is worth it.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The best feedback we can ever receive is the fact that our clients follow us from spa to spa. To them it’s not about where they are getting their services, but about whom they are receiving the service from. Once they try our estheticians, a trust is formed and they can truly feel that our expertise is above most. We had clients who tried many different spas, but will always come back and tell us how our estheticians are still the best they’ve ever tried.
