What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer three different fitness formats in one place! Danced based HIIT, Strength & Resistance and Foam Rolling & Core Strengthening classes all in a high energy environment with lighting themed classes. Our mission is to make a positive impact within this world through fitness and one love.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our experienced and high energy instructors encourage you to push limits and break boundaries to begin getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. No thinking is highly encouraged in each class as we want each person to just let go and FLO with it!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration to start this business was to give back to the community as this world needs more positivity and uplifting people in it. If we all come together through fitness by helping ourselves and thus empowering others to do the same and spread one love into this world.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the people who walk into this studio. They are what make this place such a welcoming, open and uplifting environment to thrive in each day. Seeing the mission come to life and hearing the stories of those whose lives have been changed from the Pon De FLO program is what inspires us!
