The reservation process was HORRIBLE. Had to wait for months for classes to be posted. Then they never send a confirmation even after I called them. The classroom was tiny. There sould be a max of 6 ppl, not 10!!!!!!!

I had a great time during our Meat Easters class. There was such a friendly atmosphere and I loved our group chemistry as well. Wish I could keep in touch with them. Although the space provided was not adequate for that many people, our chef Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Our Braised Chicken with 40 cloves Garlic and Pan Seared Skirt Steak was heavenly delicious. With the tips from Jen, I tried chicken at home and it was more than awesome. The tips she gave us about grilling and marinating, general cooking are still in my mind to apply when the time comes. I would highly recommend taking classes with Jennifer. Overall I am really satisfied with the service.

Calling and getting someone to answer the phone is practically impossible. This is the only drawback. Although sending an email works, because they do respond.

Please make sure to pay attention to all groups in the class.it gets very frustrating when one group gets preference over the other

Thanks for an excellent class. I would prefer a bigger kitchen space is needed for everyone to be able to work comfortably.
