What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
This is the only outdoor group fitness class in the metropolitan area that combines everything you love about indoor group fitness classes—like weights, kettlebells, and battle ropes—with everything you love about being outdoors.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Without variety, classes get boring quickly. Without equipment, variety is difficult to achieve. We bring real gym equipment so that our classes can continue to be different and exciting, time after time!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The idea for The Pack came about when I was outside on a sunny day. I saw how everybody came out of the office to eat lunch in the sunshine. This showed me that just like myself, other New Yorkers craved sunlight and fresh air. I wanted to offer a group class that could provide this, and get results

What do you love most about your job?
The outdoors! The sunshine and fresh air while helping people make positive changes to their lives.
