What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Trollbeads is the original bead on bracelet brand originating in Denmark in 1976. We help our clients create customized jewelry pieces that tell their own unique story. We believe in our motto: Every Story Has A Bead.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I recently took over the management of this store. I have a great passion for our product and its handcrafted beauty. I want to share this passion by introducing people to the magic of Trollbeads.
What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with people and sharing the important moments of their lives. I've had many retail jobs but never one that allows for such a deep and meaningful connection with the client.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A hug! And we get quite a bit of them!
