What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our program uniquely combines Pilates with solo Ballroom/Latin dance (Line dance) as supportive, functional exercise for healthy movement inside the studio and out. We target body awareness, core strength training, and fun, cardio exercise as a balanced workout for strong bodies and lifestyles.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our program honors the body rather than works against it. It stresses that time in the studio is an investment in you and your ability to feel, trust, and appreciate your body. The strength and confidence that our students cultivate in class carries out into their personal and professional lives.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Vibrant Body was developed by lifelong Ballroom dancers who understand the significance of efficient, mindful movement when interacting with others and the outside world. We are also moved to promote body positive training to make class a safe space of strength and stamina building and discovery.

What do you love most about your job?
We love to see the physical growth and emotional satisfaction that our student get out of attending class and doing something healthy, good, and rewarding for themselves and their futures!
