What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We cap our classes at 10 people per class to keep our coach to client ratio small. If we do have more than 10 people, an additional coach with be there to help instruct. All clients unfamiliar with crossfit must go through our 4 beginners classes, On Ramp, before they may enter group class.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We keep clients motivated through their workout by personalizing the workout to fit their goals and needs. We do this to insure that clients are getting all out of their workout that they can.
