What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our workouts are designed around owner and head trainer Phil Thiel's years as a professional and international rugby player. Each workout is carefully crafted around a goal for the day, with modifications for all levels of client fitness. We work hard, and get results in the process.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We pay close attention to each individual member during classes to ensure that you are not only working hard, but also that you are maintaining good form, and getting the most out of the session. We maintain small class sizes (no more than 12), so you're always receiving personal attention.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Flex Fit Studios was started so that anyone, of any fitness level, could feel welcome and enjoy a hard working, high intensity environment. Not just for those that are already in shape, we help you to push yourself, get results, and build in your fitness journey, no matter where you currently are.

What do you love most about your job?
As owner of Flex Fit Studios, I love seeing people push themselves to do awesome things they normally wouldn't do. Whether it's pushing a sled, working through a tough 30 minute session, or hitting a new strength and fitness peak, seeing growth in others is amazing to me!
