Karachi Broast and Grill is a unique concept serving Mediterranean, Pakistani, Greek, American, Italian, and Indian-style foods all under one roof.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We wanted to infuse the flavors of Pakistani, Indian, and Middle eastern to the American cuisine so that we have something for everyone who walks into our restaurant.

What do you love most about your job?

Cooking with fresh ingredients and satisfying the palate of customers from different ethnicity.
