Helmed by Grandmaster Samane, Pro Martial Arts teaches a curriculum of values that goes beyond fighting skills. Whether they're there to get in shape or gain some self-esteem, students also study the intangible arts, building foundations for quiet confidence, self-discipline, and mental focus. When they're not busy helping students tone up and lose weight, the instructors also lead traditional lessons inspired by the Korean arts of tae kwon do, tang soo do, and hapkido, and run bullying prevention programs for children and teens.
