It's not hard to see why East Cobber lauded Red Sky Tapas for serving "some of Cobb's most innovative cuisine." The restaurant's dinner menu includes small plates fused with diverse international flavors: rum-saut?ed mussels paired with italian crostini; fried green tomatoes sprinkled with goat-cheese crumbles; bacon-wrapped scallops with pineapple chutney. Thanks to a selection of 30 specialty martinis, there's a cocktail to go with any flavor profile and all but one day of July.
Perhaps even more inventive is that tapas are also served during brunch. Mini belgian waffles are made sweet with plantains foster or savory with buffalo chicken tenders, and a single egg benedict is served upon a lobster cake and a scoop of apricot beurre blanc. Bottomless mimosas keep patrons glued to their seats by day, while live entertainment such as the 88 Licks dueling piano show keeps them singing along by night.
