At Canadian Counselling Centre, each visitor is treated as an individual, and given a customized treatment regimen. The staff begins with a broad list of therapies and then narrows it down based on which therapy will suit the patient best. That list includes a wide array of therapy types and theories, from art therapy, hypnosis, and couples therapy to cognitive behaviour therapy. The staff also schedules special therapy sessions for those with anger problems and post-traumatic stress disorder.
