Jessica Heizman understands the healing power of Pilates firsthand. She discovered the fitness regimen in her early 20s after years of wearing high heels, running outside, and fielding stress began taking a toll on her lower back. Today, as a certified Pilates instructor, Heizman strives to help others heal and improve their own physical fitness. During private and semi-private lessons, she and fellow instructor Dove Wong use the reformer machine to promote proper alignment during exercises that stretch, tone, and improve balance.
