1. What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Resumes and professional business writing services is what I offer to the Greater Kansas City Area and the nation. Since 2015, I have established a national reputation on Thumbtack for punctuality, work quality, and responsiveness for my clients. I am a leader in customer service because I care about my client's and their writing needs. I will give 100% for you!

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Resume writing is a talent and a gift that I like to share so others can see themselves in a more positive and uplifting manner. To help someone find their dream job or their ideal job as they end their career is really something special and I take it very seriously. It is a joy to hear the positive outcomes and to be a tiny part of that experience is very fulfilling to me.

3. What do you love most about your job ? Helping people position themselves for success is what a Wise Writers and Speakers resume is all about. Listening is so key and important for me so I get a feel for where you want to go. I take the best of your work history, skills, abilities, talents, and gifts to transform into a dynamic resume for you. The resume is an introduction, so you can get the interview and be on a path for success.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I have had some clients cry and get excited when they see the final draft of their resume. Many people do not think they have talents, abilities, and skills that the employment market appreciates, so I bring these traits out to the forefront so one can see the tangible value of the person and what they bring to the job force. The market appreciates the skills and my clients see themselves in a new way! Win-win for everyone.
