Planet Sub takes the storefront grinder shop into the 21st century with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options that rival its traditional subs. Staffers start every day by baking their signature bread from scratch. From there, they combine fresh-sliced meats, cheeses, veggies, and five-grain tempeh into surprising flavor combinations.
The Creamy Club, for example, blends oven-roasted turkey with bacon, cream cheese, sprouts, and tomatoes, while the Torpedo is a meat storm of salami, pepperoni, and pastrami piled with swiss and black olives. And the Planet Sub itself is loaded with roast beef, oven-roasted turkey, smoked ham, and bacon.
