The Stage is a lifestyle cafe that makes room for your individual needs to achieve personal physical goals, have pure fun! Our environment is warm & welcoming. Meet new people who focus on similar goals. Don't just live life - perform! Look, and feel good all at once!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our workout schedules are convenient and flexible, as we offer Yoga nights as well! We promote healthy, peaceful living, yet encourage all clients to live to their fullest potential. Other services can be offered such as nutrition, hypnotherapy & life coaching/management to name a few.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The Stage began as a fashion outlet to looking and feeling good. However, once cannot fully look good if one is not working on self, both internally and externally. We decided to start a business that focus on the individual needs of each client to ensure personal success to perform in life!

What do you love most about your job?
We are able to provide a space that bring people peace, fun, personal growth and the ability to connect with others that seek their same goals.
