Be sure to bring some OFF or other bug repellent. I had a bad allergic reaction to something that bit me repeatedly. Next time I'll know. We went midday on a Monday and it was fun, not very crowded. The snack bar is also very inexpensive so have a snow cone or ice cream cone if it's hot. My child is in Middle School and enjoyed it but it is also a great time for little ones.

Great for kids!

My children enjoyed the variety (petting zoo, swings, huge inflatable, etc.) One suggested area of improvement would be the train ride. $2 for the 60 second ride is not a good value.

the corn maze is huge!! my older kids (16, 11) really liked it...although the rest of the farm is set for much younger children. i wouldn't mind going back, but i wouldn't bring my kids.

My kids had a great time in the corn maze searching for the clues, jumping on the gigantic pillow and feeding all of the animals in the Pizza Farm. Fun family time!

We're definitely going back to shop at the farmers market / store. I think the kids had fun and we'd go back from time to time. It's laid back and a nice Sunday morning activity.

nobody but the tour host was smiling - wtheck? Put mayo on my turkey sandwich - uh, noboday asked me if I wanted mayo on my sandwich and Im lactose so my husband gave me his 'bread' so I could eat mine. Nice tour, beautiful day - I could have napped there if I had a blanket! Food ok. Def got my monies worth!

From Our Editors

It begins with a flood. Vertuccio's farmers overrun their cornfield with water, then till and bulldoze the soil until it's swampy enough to pull shoes right off of feet. It's not an attempt to catch pumpkin thieves, but rather, the first step of the Farm Fun Mud Run. When they arrive for the race, participants of all ages face 7 acres of muddy mayhem, peppered with obstacles like walls, cargo nets, tubes, and balance beams. As a family-friendly event, competitive attitudes should be left at home with the soap?there are no timers or awards for the racer who eats the most mud. Afterward, parents and children can hose off and head over to the kids area, where the good times continue with train rides, slides, and picnics.
