All of the charters come with a captain and mate, who focus on manning the boat while passengers kick back and relax or study books on dolphin slang. The captain can also organize a meal at a waterfront restaurant, have a restaurant deliver food to the boat, or even hire a private chef to prepare a meal onboard. Passengers who would rather cook their own food can take advantage of the yacht's grill, plates, and utensils. And though groups must supply their own alcohol, each charter comes with water, soda, snacks, ice, cups, and a cooler.
