What is the experience customers can expect?
You'll board the pontoon boat on the bay across from Eden Roc at 45th and Collins, Miami Beach. Go over the basics, then paddle down the scenic bay to Surprise Lake, there you will anchor and play finding postures and peace through a guided yoga class. You'll feel connected, returning relaxed and :)

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Miami is the perfect location world wide for paddle board yoga. The bay is peaceful and full of sightseeing. The sun is always shinning. There is no better place to be, than on the water safely and comfortably. When I paddle board yoga I feel at peace in the world and in myself. I want to share it!

What do you love most about your job?
Connecting to nature easily and profoundly happens as if by diffusion while I'm paddling the bay. There is no where I would rather be when I'm on the board. Stretching and balancing feels so good with the water just under you. I'd love to meet you and share the wonders and waters of Miami. <3 LR
