Miami Life Center, Miami Beach

Miami Life Center is dedicated to the study of Yoga according to the Sri K. Pattahbi Jois method. The founders, Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldmann, organize classes with the best teachers for students from all over the world. Everybody can learn Yoga in a traditional setting where yoga postures, breathing, alignment, meditation, and philosophy are taught integrally. To constantly improve their skills, the yoga instructors at Miami Life Center travel to India every year. There, they continue their studies in Ashtanga yoga, bringing that breadth of knowledge back to their students in Miami Beach.
