AACrossfit co-owner Oscar Castillo knows what it means to be tough. As a firefighter and paramedic, he often has to push his own body to the limit in order to keep his community safe. Along with a team of highly-trained coaches, he helps others push their own limitations in order to improve their bodies and sports performance, and develop a high level of self esteem.
Membership with AACrossfit gives a group of up to 40 students access to exercises that are always new and surprising. By keeping the activities varied, the coaches aim to build strength and condition bodies in every way possible so that students can one day reach their goals, whether that's lifting 250 pounds or just losing enough weight to fit back into their wedding track suit. To help students on their journey, AACrossfit also runs a blog that keeps members moving with new workouts of the day and alerts them to upcoming local CrossFit competitions.
