Our live shows and outstanding chefs make a unique experience in every event we make. we have a great variety of appetizers and the biggest paella selection in south florida. we will go to you and cook anywhere you are and for any amount of guest. Recervations have to be with at least a 15 day note

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
This is a family business for decades from our grandfather all the way to the present owners the grandsons. After graduating fron culinary and hospitality school the our experience in delivering nothing but the best is a little easier. We are proud to said that we are concidered one of the best.

What do you love most about your job?
We love to be able to face to face with client, teach them the values and importance of making food the right way and with the magic we develope for our dishes. we as experts of food love to teach others how to handle food the correct way and develope skills for your future cooking for your family..

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Best Chef in the world. Best Paella in the world. Great work. Outstanding performance. and manny other great things that at the end of the day this is the most important thing and what we look and work for. We love what we do and do it to make people feel good and for them to learn the value of food
