Jeozette Latorre didn’t stop after earning her ISSA personal training certification. The dedicated owner of F4 Boot Camp went on to claim certifications in the TRX Suspension Trainer, as well as in TacFit—the official training program for federal law enforcers, US Marshalls, and the US Army. Yet, Jeozette doesn’t expect her boot camp clients to take down criminals or arm wrestle the mayor. Rather, she has one simple goal for her students: to live a more fulfilled life.

F4's indoor and outdoor women’s boot camp classes have played a part in numerous success stories, ranging from weight loss to nixing the need for blood-pressure medication. Classes, which convene four days a week, incorporate TacFit-inspired calisthenics and body-weight exercises into an intense 45-minute workout designed to not only torch calories, but also boost moods. “We’re trying to introduce TacFit to women so they can be more physically and psychologically prepared to handle stress,” says Jeozette.

Whether they're toting around excess fat or carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders, Jeozette's students can become physically and figuratively stronger during the camp's constantly changing workouts, supplemented by customized meal plans that outline what to eat along with how to chew and swallow.
