What most fitness facilities programs fall short in is that people are a whole system that require a complete integrative solution. YOU aren't just one area of your life, but you're a whole human.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Synergize was born out of a necessity to change an industry full of temporary quick fixes and over promised and under delivered “transformations”. I saw a huge gap in the industry where people weren’t becoming their best self in a 360 degree perspective.
