DEFINE Body & Mind (MIDLAND), Midland

Former professional diver Henry Richardson created DEFINE in 2009 as a way to share what he had learned while healing his body from diving injuries. In 2011, dancer and teacher Erin O'Leary Stewart joined the team and was instrumental in expanding Henry's vision, including more locations, adding more programs, and introducing DEFINE foods. Together, they share their passion for health and fitness through the restorative powers of Pilates, yoga, ballet, and barre.
