Hura Atua Nui, Milpitas

Hura Atua Nui's staff believes exercise should be as fun as possible, as evidenced by its Tahitian dance fitness classes. During the 60-minute romps, exercisers follow instructor Michelle Tarleton's lead as she flows through a series of Tahitian dance numbers set to frenetically pounding Polynesian drum patterns. Keeping up with Tarleton requires ample energy and a willingness to part ways with calories.
