Not many donut places can boast of having a "donut laboratory", but Cardigan Donuts is serious about donut innovation. In addition to the old standby flavors like old fashioned and vanilla cake, the donuttery offers "Inspired Donuts” dreamt up in the lab and only available for three days before they're gone. Past flavors have included chicken and waffle, rainbow road, and banana buttercrunch.
