My husband and I went to Eggy’s diner today and we put our names on the list to wait for a table- about 30 minutes later the host came and said “you’re XXXXX, right??” And we said yes and tried to follow him to be seated and he said it’s not our turn and keep waiting. Another 30 minutes passed and we went to check with him and he had crossed our names off the list and was already seating the guests that came after us. Long story short we waited one hour for our names to be called and it never would have been called because he purposefully acknowledged and then skipped us. We did not get an apology or discount. Still gave 3 stars because the food was awesome and made up for the crappy service
