Groups as small as 2 and as large as 30 take over Encore's private karaoke rooms, where they relax among sleek leather booths, flashing lights, and flat-screens broadcasting videos and lyrics.

The sleek decor extends to the softly lit dining area, which boasts red-and-black pod chairs with deep-set backs and glowing orb lights on black dining tables. The tables also hoist caramelized sushi rolls kissed by blowtorch, thin slices of sashimi, and Japanese whiskey.
