Coaching calls and emails that help motivate and encourage clients make lifestyle changes and keep their actions in line with their goals. Grocery tours and cooking tips as well.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have seen the benefits of exercise in my life and would like to help as many people as possible make lifestyle changes to improve their quality of life.
