Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Students will enjoy creative routines designed to help you achieve your desired fitness level by offering a multi-layer approach which allows you to choose to focus on improving stability, strength, or flexibility. You will also enjoy a 10 minute cool down designed to help you relax and de-stress.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Michelle's love of Christ and passion for fitness all came together in 2012 when Michelle became a Gold Certified WholyFit instructor. WholyFit combines scripture, worship, and fitness all into one!

What do you love most about your job?
I love sharing the love of Christ through WholyFit while helping other's achieve their spiritual and fitness goals.
