O.T.H. Gourmet Fish & Chips puts an upscale spin on traditional fish ‘n’ chips. Chefs toss panko breading atop not just cod, but scallops and other seafood, hoping to create specialties that live up to their slogan "Our Fish Are Off the Hook!" The menu has a land-based portion, too: cooks grill burgers, cut onions to make fresh onions rings, and ladle gravy over fries for poutine. Those with dietary sensitivities can nosh on gluten-free dishes served without a wheat stalk as a garnish.
