Richard qualified as a hypnotherapist in the United Kingdom in 1995 through the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and updated his skills by studying at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, California and through ExpertRating Certification Services for his life coaching certification.

What do you love most about your job?
It is an enormous feeling of achievement when someone having had an issue for many, many years leaves with that issue under control and no longer affecting their life functioning.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When my client said that hypnosis would not work for her smoking issue of 47 years. She left convinced and a non-smoker. She cannot sing my praises higher.
