Urban Fit's 2,000-square-foot obstacle course harkens back to its clients' playground days. While there aren't any literal obstacle course/adult playground here, instructors use the grown-up equivalent, TRX suspension bands, to promote the use of body-weight conditioning. Such training tactics are at the core of their Boot Camp and Spartan SGX classes, which place an emphasis on boredom-busting activities like running, jumping, climbing, pushing, pulling, and stretching around the 12,500-square-foot space.
