The Dailey Method, Morgan Hill

The idea for creating The Dailey Method's studios was born when certified kinesiologist Jill Dailey discovered her passion for helping people improve their physique and - as a result - their overall well-being. After mastering the rules of ballet barre Jill decided to use this style and incorporate it into fitness classes. That is how a new, unique kind of exercise was developed, merging elements of disciplines like pilates, yoga, and dance, and providing an effective workout for the whole body. The first Dailey Method studio was opened in 2000 in San Francisco; today, the franchise includes over 60 studios in four countries.
