Body by Drake mission is to combine the world of nutrition and fitness to make the transition into a healthy life style as easy as possible.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I tap into the clients everyday eating habits and activity levels to design my programs so each client can take comfort in the fact that the diet and program were specifically designed for them. On top of that I offer my clients unlimited consultation within the 4 week period.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My passion is fitness. My inspiration comes from helping people reach their goals. I wanted to make a company that could help out the everyday person.

What do you love most about your job?
My job keeps me connected with the community and gives me the chance to meet and help a lot of great people.
