I have taken two classes at Alias Movement Center with Alexis and both were superb! Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace but I loved that both classes offered challenging options as well...such a great workout & so much more fun than spending an hour on the treadmill. The childcare teachers Ashley & Amber were so helpful & patient with my children too! This place is a gem and planning to continue taking classes at Alias after the Groupon is done!
