I took a class with Michelle. Since I recently had hip replacement, I needed to go at my own pace. She was wonderful and consistently encouraged everyone to do what felt good for them. It was a great class for stretching out your muscles and lengthening your spine. I would recommend Edge yoga.

My instructor was Erin. She is very knowledgeable and explained the moves for a Beginner. Class was small- had one other customer in class but she was more experienced and was very patient since I was a beginner in class, so it was basically 1:1- you got to ❤️ that! Will continue coming so I can strengthen and stretch but also decompress. All already signed up for my next class!

Went for the beginners yoga class. Had Katie as an instructor and she was great. Had a small class which made it feel less intimidating. Overall enjoyed my experience and can’t wait to go to more classes!

It has been years since I did any kind of yoga and this class was great to begin again. The instructor was so kind and I felt right at home.
