I purchased 2 different Groupons from this company. My first one was cancelled at 10:35 pm the night before my 8 am appt. Apparently my appt for tomorrow morning has already been cancelled without my approval or any written notice. Customer service is a joke. The contact person is very unprofessional and never included a phone number or a name to contact him. Do not use this company!!!!

3 times no showings. Cancellation on the same day twice and NO SHOW . I wasted 3 days! Unless you have days to waste waiting for them Don't bother. It was the worst experience. The Groupon refused to refund on the 2nd NO SHOW, I had to suffer for the 3rd NO show.

The guy cancelled on me twice just before appointments for outlandish reasons and would then reschedule me. Finally on the third scheduled appointment he told me that I wasn't in the service area (even though I do live inside the 610 loop...) and that I should seek a refund through groupon. After my bad experience I checked out reviews on yelp and angieslist and saw that many others have had similar experiences. DO NOT PURCHASE
