Thomas Miller and Anthony Cooper are both passionate athletes who motivate small groups of boot-campers to achieve their fitness goals. They lead students of all ages and fitness levels through intense cardio and strength-training exercises on bouncy, impact-absorbing floors. Above all, they strive to instill long-lasting changes in their students' lifestyles, which they achieve by providing meal plans and making sure participants stay engaged. To this end, they regularly change up the regimens—for instance, Thursdays and Saturdays incorporate boxing workouts to provide a change of pace and help students relieve stress.
