The up keep of the property has degraded significantly. The putting green is overgrown with weeds.

Not your typical golf range. Provides a putting area and short game area.
Good spots to aim from the mats (also can hit from grass)

It has just about everything a practice area could have: driving range with many targets; hit off grass or fake turf; putting green; chipping green; and sand trap/green. The condition could be better, but it's fine for practice purposes.
