Since earning certification as a holistic health practitioner in 1998, Tina Maria Dowdy has spent her life addressing wellness on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. More than anything else, Tina loves to introduce her patients to the practice of meditation, which can lead to a greater understanding of self, a new method to combat depression and anxiety, and a more certain knowledge of where you left your keys. She enriches her signature meditative massage treatments with mind-centering meditative techniques, and concludes her treatments with therapy designed to unblock the body's energy centers. Other energy balancing techniques include Reiki, a traditional method of redirecting qi through the palms, and an-ra, whose treatments are based on the theories of universal love.
