What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Bounce Fitness and Dance was created to provide dance wellness as an alternative physical/cardiovascular training option with a focus on building self-esteem and body appreciation with culture and adventure through Louisiana and southern movement. Poles are not typically used during workout.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I make sure clients are learning something new about their body & culture by curating a fun music playlist. We play around with different types of twerks or other funky dance steps to build dance variety skills. I actively participate with my clients to understand their strengths and weaknesses.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I reached a point of wanting to be free with my workouts and dance has always given me confidence, freedom and kept me shape. I'm a proud woman from Louisiana inspired by the women of my home state and the south. So, I wanted to create a workout for the people who motivate me daily.

What do you love most about your job?
I get to dance, be free, stay in shape, constantly create new experiences and educate people about Louisiana.
