What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? With 35 Schwinn console bikes, stadium seating and a spectacular LED light show, TOUR offers indoor cycling classes guided by instructors, TOURguides, through a heart-pumping music-thumping interval cardio party complete with free weight upper body exercise for a full body workout. Riders burn an average of 400-600 calories per ride. Cycling shoes and spa amenities included (yes, we have showers!).
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I recognized the need for a dedicated cycling studio in New Orleans. I hoped to create a community of dedicated riders who are not only getting fit but having fun along the way!
What do you love most about your job? Not only are we improving our clients health; but also, inspiring, empowering, and having a blast along the way!.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I once had a client leave my class exclaiming, “she doesn’t really like spin class, but we made it fun and time flew by!” Also, the countless times I have been told class made someones day or that they “really needed that”.
