Founded in 1994, Washington's Building Services LLC is a professional janitorial company that is unique to New Orleans. Our business believes in providing amazing service at reasonable prices while ultimately building a relationship with our customers to reach their utmost satisfaction.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In 1994, a young husband and father and native of New Orleans began cleaning a local attorneys office to make a little extra money. Using his niche as a perfectionist to provide satisfactory service, the founder saw his new passion as a means to give back to his city by providing phenomenal service.

What do you love most about your job?
Having great communication, building professional and comfortable relationships, and seeing a smile of satisfaction from our work are what we love most.. Robert Baden-Powell once said "Try to leave this world a little better than you found it." We'd like to think we can do that one room at a time.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback a customer can give is referring us to other customers and share the happiness that comes from a clean place. After the Hurricane affecting our business to continue spreading that happiness.
