Arthur Bodie of Arthur Bodie Dance and Fitness Studio does more than just teach dance steps—he also helps members transform their physiques, using his own techniques he developed over the course of 30 years. Students congregate in the mirrored studio for two types of classes: Bodie Method Fitness and Anatomik Jazz Dance. The Bodie Method teaches students how to utilize their own body weight to improve their coordination, flexibility, strength, and overall definition. Anatomik Jazz classes focus on proper alignment and physical awareness so that students can move with power and grace while leaping across a stage or celebrating a touchdown during a game of flag football.
