The instructor is awesome! Brian Pedone is super enthusiastic, supports the varying fitness participants within the class and doesn't make the uncoordinated feel bad. The gym itself is filled with the pumping iron type (both males and females), which I personally approve of. As a female it's inspiring to know your body can be muscular if you try hard enough.
